Bouygues Energies & Services secures FM contract with University of the Arts London

Bouygues Energies & Services, formally ETDE and a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, has been awarded the contract to deliver Facilities Management Services to University of the Arts London.  Bouygues Energies & Services will support the University, one of the world’s leading specialist centres for education and training in the creative fields, in providing excellent facilities for their students studying across all of their creative centres, spread throughout the capital.

The contract will cover the provision of a range of facilities management services including; building fabric maintenance, planned preventative and reactive maintenance, cleaning, grounds maintenance and pest control.

The contract will consolidate the delivery of facilities management services across the University’s estate, with a focus on raising service standards across the campus buildings.
